Rates & Reservations

$90/night (2 night minimum)

$550/week (Saturday to Saturday)

$1650/month (stay for 4 weeks, pay for 3!)

 

+ $150 security deposit fully refunded upon cabin inspection (within 2 weeks of departure)

+ 9.75% NC tax

+ $60.00 cleaning fee

Small Pets under 30 lbs. may be considered with prior approval.  $25/night fee (2 pet maximum)

***Cancellation Policy:  75% refundable if notice given 2 weeks before occupancy***
